The Latest from the Asia Leaders Forum

With more than 70 attendees, 7 speakers and insightful discussions, The Asia Leaders Forum presented by Prime Philippines was a real success on July 29, 2016 held at Shangri-la at The Fort.

Breakfast was served and a mini networking happened a few moments before the start.

The event was kicked off by a brief introduction of Speakers, Delegates and Media, National Anthem and a sophisticated ballet dance number from Halili Cruz School of Ballet.

Mr. Jet Yu – Founder and Managing Director of Prime Philippines was the first speaker – he presented the Real Estate Highlights in the Philippines. With me being so focused in the digital world, I think Mr. Yu’s discussion was an eye opener as he talked about more good news and the prospect projects and plans for the country. He managed to slice his updates into Office Sector, Retail Sector and Transportation. I was surprised to know that our statistics for the BPO industry is now near surpassing the remittances of OFWs hence making the office sector of real estate boom.

An interesting lecture came next from Mr. Robert Yupangco, President of YL Land and Yupangco Group of companies. It was all about tourism synergizing with real estate and transportation. I am looking forward to his Ferry Project that would boost tourism and transporation services!

More speakers followed and media joined and the event was getting more filled with enthusiasm. One of the most awaited speakers was Architect Jun Palafox Jr. who was very known globally – his firm belonged to the top 500 Architectural Firms in the world!

He discussed about urban transporation systems and planning for fit communities. I loved his “Postcards from the future” session. Excitement in the room flowed when Q&A came next after his presentation.

The event closed with another networking interaction and a three-course lunch meal. I was thrilled to meet fellow media from TV 5, Rappler, Balikbayan Magazine, Pinas Global Newsletter and more!

What made a mark for me was Prime Philippine’s advocacy of providing service at the highest standard that will bring success not only to businessmen but to the majority of the Filipinos.

Special mention to Krizza who was so accommodating and Kudos to a well organized event brought by Tag Media and Public Relations!

I have been blogging for 11 years and have seen the ups and downs of internet marketing. I love blogging about travel and comfort food while I work full time as a Digital Marketing Manager for an IT Company. On my free time I play the piano and love to do online window shopping. I am obsessed too with city lights at night.
