Cancer. It hurts a lot for the person who’s battling it. I don’t have one but I can’t imagine how its going for the people who are going through this sickness. No one deserves to go through this. And you know what else sucks? It equally hurts or may hurt even more for the person who is loving and taking care of the person battling it.
It equally hurts or may hurt even more for the person who is loving and taking care of the person battling it.

So I’m writing this for the people who are loved-ones of Cancer fighters. Here’s to you, for the times you wait while your loved one is in the operating room or radiology section. For the sleepless nights you spend looking at him or her while they sleep and thinking you would do anything to get the best treatment possible they could get. For the fake smiles and high hopes thinking everything will be alright. And for the tears filled with fears holding an unknown future.
Thank you for being strong. Know that God will pull you through.
Isaiah 43:1 “Don’t fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.”
Written for my dear friend, Luegie. May God heal you and bless you with love, strength and joy.
